Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli thanked the members of the Government for their efforts in preparing the government’s program, as well as the responses to all the remarks made by the Parliament on the program, which reflects the mutual respect of the state institutions.
The Prime Minister said that a working group was set to follow up the implementation of the government program, and each minister is responsible for implementing the program that belongs to his ministry.
During the meeting, the Minister of Planning presented the development of the administrative reform file and the project of raising the efficiency of the administrative apparatus of the State.
The presentation dealt with the most prominent features of the organizational structure of the administrative apparatus of the state, which includes 33 ministries, 63 economic bodies, 107 service organizations and 27 governorates.
The Minister pointed out that the reform plan is consistent with the strategy of sustainable development “vision 2030” which aims to reach an efficient and effective administrative system.
For his part, the Minister of Finance presented the executive program to put part of the shares of the state-owned companies on the stock exchange, stressing the need for concerted efforts by all parties concerned to take the necessary procedures and contracts to ensure compliance with the main steps and implementation of the program according to the agreed timetable, to activate the Egyptian stock exchange and increase its market value, expand the base of property and attract foreign investment.
Prime Minister Madbouli instructed the concerned ministers to follow up the procedures for putting these companies in line with the deadlines.
