The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Minister of Defense & Military Production, Major General Mohammad Zaki, met on Tuesday with a number of students of military educational institutes, as part of the continuous follow-up of the strategy of development and modernization carried out by the armed forces of the educational system within colleges and military institutes. .
The meeting began with a minute of mourning for the lives of the martyrs who sacrificed themselves to protect a secure and stable homeland.
The Commander-in-Chief then conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to all students.
The Commander-in-Chief also listened to a detailed explanation of the development system of the educational process in the military institutes, stressing on the importance of following up the development and modernization of the educational process within military colleges and institutes as a field of sophisticated military thought, which suits the requirements of the modern age and keeps pace with the latest technological systems in training and rehabilitation.
The Minister of Defense conducted a dialogue with the officers in which he listened to their opinions and inquiries in various fields, stressing on the officers’ need to understand the leaders of their duties and responsibilities in order to maintain the highest level of combat readiness of their units to be able to carry out the tasks entrusted to them efficiently.
The Commander-in-Chief also praised the proper sense of understanding of officers to all regional events and he demanded them to look into the rumors and wars of the fourth generation, which aims to undermine the Egyptian state.
The Commander-in-Chief recommended that students continue their researches in order to keep abreast of the scientific development in all fields and enrich their military expertise, which will enable them to make the right decision, then commensurate with the development of the tasks and duties assigned to them.
The meeting was attended by Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces and a number of armed forces commanders.
