Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Ambassador Hamdi Sanad Loza left Cairo on Tuesday morning heading to Angola in a two-day visit.
During this visit, Hamdi Sanad Loza will attend the inauguration of Angolan president-elect João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço.
Angola invited 26 heads of state and government to attend the inauguration of newly elected president João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço on Tuesday.
Among the invited guests are President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, British Prime Minister Theresa May and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.
Egypt’s participation in the inauguration ceremony is an affirmation of the historical relations between the two countries and it represents an appreciation for the Egyptian role on the African and international arenas.
